Our family had an unforgettable winter getaway in a cozy hotel surrounded by breathtaking mountains and serene forests. We enjoyed skiing at nearby resorts and exploring local sites. the staff was exceptional, providing great room service and mouth-watering breakfast. Great gym and spa facilities, with a variety of classes and treatments to enjoy. the bed was really comfortable, and the view from our balcony was stunning. the surrounding countryside is perfect for long walks.
The pool was really crowded, and we struggled to find a free lounger. the food served in the restaurant was overpriced and not very tasty.

Stunning mountain views and forest surroundings were a highlight of this hotel. The staff was very helpful and attentive to all our requests. The swimming pool, sauna and gym facilities were fantastic, and we enjoyed the daily gym classes offered. The breakfast on the terrace was delicious and offered panoramic views. The hotel was conveniently located about 20 min from Salzburg city center and offered plenty of parking.
It would have been great to have a kettle in the room, but overall it didn't impact our stay. The online pictures were a bit misleading as our room didn't face the lake, but we still enjoyed the views from our balcony.
